If upon reciept you find your product is damaged, we will happily replace it. Take a photo showing the damage as best you can and email it to us at email@example.com. After review, we will email a return shipping label. Once we recieve the bowl, a replacement will be promptly shipped and a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Returns will only be considered within the first 30 days of receipt.
